Partly Great / Partly Unacceptable

Although this has been my preferred dictionary (over the Dictionary app native to OS X) for some time, I have been increasingly astounded by the omission of common words. I wish Id kept a list, but it took a while to realize that this flaw was significant, rather than a rare anomaly. Today I looked up "whether," which is inexplicably absent. This word is neither obscure nor inconsequential, having two homonyms (wether and weather) which lead to common misuse.

Bottom line: a dictionary app which omits common words is fundamentally flawed and should be regarded as such.
